Payment terms for our services:

• Project fees are outlined in individual service agreements • Typically, 50% advance payment is required to begin work • Remaining balance due upon project completion • Recurring services billed monthly in advance • Late payments may incur additional charges

Refund policy: • Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis • No refunds for completed work • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of payment

In no event shall Adytech Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits • Loss of data • Business interruption • Personal injury • Any other intangible losses

This limitation applies whether the damages arise from contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
