Adytech Solutions Terms & Conditions

By engaging Adytech Solutions for technology modernization, discovery audits, or application development, you agree to the following terms and operational guidelines.

1. Engagement Scopes & Sprints

All custom software engineering services, ERP modifications, database optimization schedules, and cloud support pipelines are managed via weekly agile sprints under signed Statements of Work (SOW).

2. Code Ownership & Licensing

Upon full payment completion of deliverables specified in project contracts, complete intellectual property (IP), source code repository access, and database ownership are transferred exclusively to the client, unless third-party dependencies or open-source licenses dictate otherwise.

3. Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

We offer uptime guarantees (up to 99.99%) for enterprise applications configured with multi-region replication. These are explicitly defined and governed under individual client hosting and support agreements.

4. Compliance & Legal Use

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all processed data comply with sector-specific mandates (including PCI-DSS, SOC2, and ABDM health guidelines).

5. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any legal proceedings arising from services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Jaipur courts.
